We are thrilled to present our visually captivating CGI images, meticulously prepared to accompany a significant planning application for an inspiring new housing development. Our role is to bridge the gap between architectural vision and reality, providing a stunning glimpse of the transformation.

The heart of this project is the Red Lion Inn, a storied yet derelict building in the heart of Stathern. Our CGI visuals beautifully depict the proposal: converting the existing inn and the adjacent ancillary building into two distinctive, character-rich dwellings. We take immense pride in our ability to capture and emphasize the historic features of these buildings, preserving their timeless charm in digital form.

In addition to the historic restoration, our CGI images also showcase the seamless integration of four new, thoughtfully designed dwellings on the plot. This comprehensive approach creates a total of six unique homes.
