Stoughton Drive South External - New Build
We have been commissioned to create a CGI material colour study for the front elevations of a new build house. The primary materials featured in this study include slate grey roof tiles, render, cast stone details, and aluminium windows and doors. The goal of this study is to present various colour combinations for the render and window frames to aid in the selection of the most aesthetically pleasing and harmonious palette for the new build.
Materials and Colour Variations:
Slate Grey Roof Tiles:
Consistent in all colour variations to maintain a cohesive and uniform appearance across all studies.
Cast Stone Details:
These will remain consistent across all variations to provide a neutral and elegant contrast to the various colour combinations.
Render Colours:
RAL 9001 Cream
RAL 9010 Pure White
RAL 9022 Pearl Light Grey
Aluminium Window and Door Frame Colours:
RAL 6019 Pastel Green
RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey
RAL 9001 Cream
This CGI study aims to visually present the different colour combinations to facilitate the decision-making process for the new build’s front elevations. The visualizations will help in understanding how each combination interacts with the natural light and surrounding environment, ensuring the selected palette enhances the architectural design and complements the overall aesthetic of the house.
